QUALITATIVE FILTER PAPER

The ashless grade paper is made of linter cotton with α-cellulose content close to 100 %. This kind of filter paper is washed by acid solution to remove the impurities in the paper. The ash content is less than 0.01 %. The quality of the filter paper is reliable and stable based on extensive research in more than 20 years.

Available in Grade 201,202&203 with speed Fast, Medium and Slow.

MCE MEMBRANE

PES membrane is imported originally from USA, and with features of strong hyrophilic , high flow rate, high resistance to acids and alkali, low soluble substances and high strenght, it can be widely applied for the filtration and steriliziang filtration in fields of bio-chemicals, testing and analysis, pharmaceuticals, etc

It is made of imported material, and with features of good hydrophilic , high mechanic strengths, high resistance to  acids and alkali, resistance to high temperature of  80 °C -120°C, and good chemical resistance, The product is applied for most organic solvents and water solutions.

The membrane made of MCE has features of good hydrophilic, low absorption, no media loss, thin texture, less resistance, etc, Compared with other filtration media of the same interception parameters, its filtration rate is almost 10 times higher than that of latter. It is often applied for vacuum -pumping filtration, pharmaceutical sterility test, and small-size filters. This kind of membrane should be in humid condition  when it is used for filter liquids. It can’t stand strong acid, strong alkalis and organic solvents, and it suitable for purification and sterilization filtration of solution air, liquors and oils and pH3-10, and testing and analysis of contaminations.

These PP filter membranes are made up of ultrafine PP fibers that are bonded togather through hot melting to produce a type of deep filtration membrane.
